Configurando o MX para o IBM SmartCloud (NÃO híbrido)

Este procedimento destina-se a ambientes apenas de serviço. Não é aplicável a ambientes híbridos.

Um registro MX (Mail eXchange) identifica o servidor SMTP para o qual o correio deve ser enviado (para um determinado domínio). Para permitir que os serviços recebam um correio eletrônico endereçado ao domínio, edite ou crie um registo MX.

Configure o registo MX para remeter para o nome do sistema central de SMTP do IBM SmartCloud Notes. Caso se trate de um domínio novo, crie um registo MX para o mesmo. Contacte o fornecedor de domínios para obter informações sobre os passos requeridos para criar ou editar registos MX.

Ao configurar o registo MX, especifique um dos seguintes nomes para os servidores SMTP. Especifique:

  • Se utilizar o centro de dados dos Estados Unidos, especifique smtp.notes.na.collabserv.com
  • Se utilizar o centro de dados da Ásia-Pacífico, especifique smtp.notes.ap.collabserv.com
  • Se utilizar o centro de dados da Europa, especifique smtp.notes.ce.collabserv.com
