Dica de uso do Verse (11) - Visualizando arquivos recebidos no Verse

Finalmente chegou aquele e-mail com o anexo que você tanto esperava. Você faz o download, vai até a pasta onde está o arquivo e quando abre percebe então que não é o que você precisava.

No IBM Verse não é preciso baixar uma planilha, apresentação, documento ou foto para conhecer o conteúdo. Com apenas um clique, você pode visualizar o anexo e até mesmo compartilhá-lo pelo Connections, economizando tempo!

Importante: Esta funcionalidade exibe arquivos do
Microsoft Office, Open Office, PDF e imagens.

Ao abrir o e-mail e posicionar o mouse sobre o arquivo recebido, você terá três opções:

1. Clique para visualizar o arquivo. Uma nova tela será aberta e, para voltar ao Verse é só clicar no ícone em destaque ao lado para fechar a visualização.
2. Faça o download do arquivo.
3. Envie o arquivo para o seu Files no Connections Cloud.
